The 51-page audit report provided specific recommendations for improving how waves are planned, how sorter lanes are utilized, and many other recommendations for improving productivity, slotting, accuracy, and space utilization. Since the audit, the client has doubled their cycle count accuracy, increased their slotting effectiveness by 45%, and reduced headcount by 22%.
